It's About Getting To Know More About You Than Your Name
Your Agent should get to know your wishes, desires, things you don’t like, and things you can’t live without. Like...How close will I be to a grocery store, hospital, schools? Is there a farmer's market nearby? Where is the best fishing hole?
There’s nothing more important than your satisfaction, so we approach your property search like it was our own. This commitment to excellence and personal attention has resulted in a list of very satisfied clients. We’d love to add your name to it.

Your search for the perfect home or property is one of the most important decisions you can make. You should look for an agent who believes there is more to it than filling out the papers and sticking a sign up. That's our simple philosophy and it is how we put the "real" back in real estate every day.
Have you ever dealt with an Agent who thought that every property you looked at together was “just perfect for you”? How can that be? You will get my honest opinion; I may even advise you not to buy. Read further to find out more about our philosophy and how we are probably different than most other real estate agencies.
It's More Than Filling Out Paperwork
Don’t trust your search to just any firm. Looking for and purchasing real estate shouldn't be a "task" and it shouldn't all fall to you to do all of the work.
Your Agent should do more than fill out paperwork. Research, comparative analysis, physical property inspections and more... we truly go the extra mile to ensure that your search is successful and often times even fun!
We take photography of your property seriously!
A picture tells a thousand words and we want to make sure that the photos that are taken to represent your property are not only good, but truly reflective of your property. That's why we don't use fish eye lenses or color filters to distort our photos and never use photoshop to change the photos. Why? Because the people looking at your home want to see the truest representation.
Our photography goes beyond the typical still photography with our drone photos and videos of your property. We don't know of any other realtor in our area using this professional means of photographing properties. With some properties, especially those on high elevation lots, aerial photography is the only way to truly capture your property and your views. Check out our Viewtual Tours page to see examples of this unique opportunity for your listing.
It's About Going the Extra Mile...even into the crawl space!
You’re buyer’s agent should find out all he/she can about a property you like. Will they crawl up in the attic or into the crawl space to try to find defects? Will they hack through the bushes to try to find a marker? What is the history of the well or water supply? If you’re an out of town buyer, your Agent should preview properties for you so that your time spent in the area is more efficient/productive That's exactly how far we go at Jensen Realty to ensure you know as much as possible about a property.
